You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Orders placed by 2 pm PST will ship the same day*. Otherwise, it will ship on the next business day. Orders are processed 7 days a week, excluding holidays.
*Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time. Made-to-order items require an additional crafting period. Keep in mind, "made-to-order" items will ship in a separate package once they are complete (at no extra charge).
