Can I add/remove an item from my order.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove items. You can contact Customer Support and request to have your order canceled so you can place a new order with the correct changes to your item(s).

To cancel your order, you must call 1-844-iHR-5509 / 1-844-447-5509 within 1 hour of your placing your order. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process; unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
