We've extended our return window during the holiday season from 30 days to 60 days to give you a hassle-free gift-shopping experience!

We offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 60 days of placing your order. We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be. That’s why we’ve made a FREE return option for our US customers when selecting store credit! See more information below about our return options and how to initiate a return.


How to process a return in the USA
We've extended our return window during the holiday season from 30 days to 60 days to give you a hassle-free gift-shopping experience!
Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.
  1. You can process your return within 60 days of placing your order HERE.
  2. A return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
  3. Return your item(s) using your local post office.
  4. Please allow 3-4 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
  5. Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.

How to process an international return

Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a notification email with instructions.
  3. Return your item(s) using your local post office.
  4. When you send in your return item(s), please send it back in a secure package.
  5. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
  6. Returns are processed within 3-4 business days of being delivered back to our Warehouse.
  7. Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.
Helpful Tips
  • At this time we are not able to send out a prepaid shipping label for orders outside of the USA.
  • If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Please use Standard Mail. We will only cover the shipping cost for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit.

Store Credit returns

  • Store Credit code received within 24 hours via email once your return has been processed
    • Shorter wait time compared to refunds
    • Never expires
We are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels for international customers at this time. US returns valued at $10 or less will be refunded in store credit.

Refund returns
  • Pre-paid return shipping label provided
  • If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
  • If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. (Shipping label fee deducted from the refund)
    • A $5 Restocking fee is deducted from the total amount available for refund. The fee applies to the entire return, not each individual item.
  • It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.

Refund details

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that there is an additional $5 restocking fee for all returns for a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

One time exceptions and reshipments are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Returns valued at $10 or less
Any returns valued at $10 or less can only be returned for Store Credit. Don't worry Unicorns! There is a reason we did this, and it was for you :) Receiving store credit ensures you will not have to pay the additional fees that come with our new Return Policy, including a $5 restocking fee and a shipping fee. By giving you store credit we make sure that you will get the most bang for your buck by receiving the original amount spent on the item. Your return for store credit won't cost you anything (U.S. Only) and your store credit will also never expire!

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on all of our eLite and Evolution glove lights, ePoi, Astro Levitation Wands, and Pixelwhips; this way you can buy with confidence. We are the world leaders in Gloving and light shows and we have been in business since 2010, so you can count on us to be there when you need service!

What is Covered
We cover any defects in materials or workmanship, which includes electrical components. If it’s our fault that a part fails, we will take full responsibility.

Length of Coverage
Lifetime warranty products are covered for a lifetime of use.

Note: for Warranty replacements over 60 days, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

What is Not Covered
Any physical damage, abuse, user modifications, theft, loss, or regular wear and tear.

What We Will Do
Process an exchange for the exact same item. If we no longer carry the product, you will be issued store credit.


Final Sale items
Items marked FINAL SALE, and all hosiery, undergarments, and face masks are not eligible for returns at this time.

Late returns
We've extended our return window during the holiday season from 30 days to 60 days to give you a hassle-free gift-shopping experience!

Customers have 60 days to send back purchases made at iHeartRaves once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 60 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

It is at management discretion to make one time exceptions. If management approves any late returns, the return would only be eligible for store credit.

Return on promotions

Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO)
If you return an item that qualified for a BOGO, you must return the BOGO item. If you do not return the BOGO item you will be charged the retail price for the BOGO item.

Free Gift Items
If you return an item that qualified for a free gift, you must return the free gift item. If you do not return the free gift item you will be charged the retail price for the free gift item, as it only remains free with the purchase of the promotional item.


FAQs


Tips to ensure your items are in returnable condition
CONDITIONS
  • For hygienic reasons all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • For hygienic reasons, intimates such as hosiery, boxers, undergarments, pasties, cosmetics, and supplements may only be returned to us in an unopened package.
  • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.
SHOES
  • Avoid scuffing or scratching your shoes by trying on the shoes on a rug or carpet
  • The shoe box must be returned undamaged with the shoes inside 
APPAREL
  • Please try on over underwear for hygienic reasons.
  • Do not remove protective slip (when included).
  • Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Can I exchange my order?

You can return your order for a refund or store credit. If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, style or color, please follow the steps below :)

  1. Select Store Credit as your return option
  2. Return your item(s) back to us using your FREE return shipping label provided (US Only).
  3. Store Credit is issued within 24 hours of your return processing, and in most cases is received instantaneously via email once complete.
  4. Place a new order with the desired changes to your item(s) using the store credit received.
We are unable to honor any previous sale prices or ended discounts on new orders. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees that may be associated with the new order.

How do I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order you can call us at 1 (844) iHR-5509/ 1 (844) 447-5509 within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

Shoppers generally appreciate how quickly we process and pack orders. However, we understand this can be frustrating should you decide to cancel an order before it ships and are informed it's too late. Don't worry, you can use our online return system within 30 days of your order date and send it back to us.


How should I package my return?

To make sure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your package.

  1. Make sure all of the returned items are in the box/mailing envelope with your invoice.
  2. Download and print the shipping label attached to your approved RMA (Return) email. The Return shipping label is only valid for seven business days after being received.
  3. Go to your local post office to ship the package using a standard shipping mailing envelope/box. (Expedited & Express packaging will cause delays in receiving your return from the mail carrier using the Standard Shipping pre-paid label)
  4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as our Returns Department has processed your item. Please allow 3-4 business days once your return has been received for your refund or store credit to be processed.
If you are returning an item that qualified for a free gift, you must return the free gift as well. If you do not return the free gift the retail price for the item will be deducted from your refund. Free gift items are only valid when purchased in part with the promotional item.
